According to the founding Charter, the General Meeting of members is one of the three organs of ECSECO. A General Meeting of members will be convened by the Chairman of the Board in principle every three years. A General Meeting may be convened by the Chairman of the Board at the request of one third of the members to address exceptional matters. At the General Meeting, the members will examine the orientation of the Centre’s activities and questions related to the future of the Centre and elect the members of the Board. The Board will present at the General Meeting a report on its activities.
The next General Meeting of members is scheduled on 1 December 2023.
