The World Space Week Association (WSWA), the European Centre for Space Economy and Commerce (ECSECO), and the European Centre for Space Law (ECSL) are thrilled to announce the launch of a joint social media campaign. This initiative aims to engage our extensive global networks and provide a forum for you to share your invaluable insights and significant space career experiences.
We are happy to announce the LinkedIn campaign with the World Space Week Association to celebrate World Space Week 2023. The campaign aims to shed light on the multitude of journeys and perspectives that make up the space sector and to inspire the next generation of space professionals and entrepreneurs. To do this, we need your help!
Here’s how you can contribute:
(Optional) Take a picture of yourself (it could be a selfie!) holding a card with the first word that comes to your mind when you think about what excites you about working in the space sector. You can print the card which you will find below in the downloads section!
Write a short post based on our template (below in the downloads section). The template includes a fixed part and a part where you answer a chosen question from our list. These questions aim to spark conversation within our community.
Nominate three other people (preferably other members of ECSECO) to share their experiences.
Afterwards, post your picture and your story on LinkedIn. The hashtags in the post will help us collect and share your stories.
Questions for your post (you can pick one or more)
What does space entrepreneurship mean to you?
What brought you to the space sector?
What development would you like to see in the space sector in the next ten years?
What advice would you give to people who would like to start their career in space?
What was the biggest challenge so far in your space career? How did you overcome it?
Your story has the potential to inspire others and foster greater understanding and collaboration within our sector. Let’s celebrate World Space Week together as an ECSECO community!
